This book contains the materials needed to successfully handle the statistical analysis of data from research in the field of educational psychology. It consists of seven chapters that present a catalogue of statistical procedures to solve the most common problems and conduct moderately complex analyses. Orientation towards more complex techniques or greater conceptual depth can be found in each chapter and the reference bibliography. The first chapter covers aspects related to descriptive statistics as a necessary introduction to the rest of the contents. The second chapter assumes an intermediate role between descriptive and inferential statistics, since it focuses on the distribution of the most widely-used reference, the norm. As of the third chapter, the work delves into inferential statistics and presents different statistical tools organised according to the characteristics of the variables and their diverse techniques.
