Sinopsis

La crisis provocada por la pandemia actual ha tenido una incidencia notable en todos los órdenes de nuestra vida y el ámbito jurídico no ha sido una excepción. Más bien al contrario, nuestro ordenamiento se ha visto sacudido por un tsunami de normativa que ha tratado de adecuar la actuación administrativa a la excepcional situación que nos está tocando vivir. El Derecho Administrativo, por tanto, ha jugado un papel esencial en la respuesta que desde los poderes públicos se ha tenido que dar. El análisis que en este libro se contiene de las medidas adoptadas desde esa rama del Derecho y de la situación generada parece obligado, con el objetivo de facilitar a los operadores jurídicos el entendimiento de la realidad actual y de aportar luz en algunas de las zonas oscuras que, también a nivel jurídico, el COVID-19 ha generado.
