Sinopsis
La asignatura de Derecho Financiero y Tributario. Ingresos y Gastos Públicos tiene por objeto el conocimiento de la actividad financiera (en su doble vertiente de ingresos y gastos) desarrollada por las entidades públicas, territoriales (a nivel estatal, autonómico y local) e institucionales. Dando particular relevancia al estudio de la Parte General de los ingresos tributarios (principios constitucionales, fuentes normativas, categorías tributarias, obligaciones tributarias y procedimientos tributarios).
