The text explains that university education should go beyond mere scientific content of each discipline and include among its objectives formed on values that strengthen democratic coexistence from the principles of equality and fairness as well as active participation in the elimination of gender bias, among other issues. The means to achieve these objectives are broad and diverse, but can be summarized, in essence, to create a climate of tolerance and respect in the classroom, analyze reality, to demonstrate the achievements of women and use inclusive language.
