Lecciones de derecho procesal II

This study is the continuation of Introducción al Derecho Procesal [Introduction to Procedural Law] and corresponds to a compulsory subject in the third year of law school. The objective of this volume, entitled Teoría General del Proceso Civil [General Theory of Civil Proceedings], is to offer a guide to the fundamental notions that are explained to students in class, which therefore helps them with their notes. The work’s merit lies in its simplicity and systematisation; it does not replace existing procedural law handbooks.
