Sinopsis
Andrés Trapiello was born in 1953 in Manzaneda de Torío, Leon and has lived in Madrid since 1975. He has published several novels, a number of volumes of literary and historical essays and diaries and has been at the helm of two small publishing houses, Trieste and La Veleta. His first four tomes of poetry were published in a single volume entitled Las tradiciones, which was followed by Acaso una verdad [Perhaps a truth] and Rama desnuda [Bare branch]. On poetry: I believe I have shown a natural inclination to look at the things in this world and their effects in a clean way or at least I have always attempted not to practice rhetoric.
