Sinopsis
César Antonio Molina Sánchez is a Spanish politician, writer and researcher born in La Coruña in 1952. He graduated in Law from the University of Santiago de Compostela and in Information Science at the Complutense. He received his doctorate cum laude with his thesis of research La prensa literaria española (The Spanish literary press), published in three volumes. He was a professor at the Complutense University of Madrid and in recent years at the Faculty of Humanities and Journalism at the University Carlos III of Madrid. He has coordinated for several years the courses of humanities at the Summer University of the Escorial. In May 2004 he was appointed Director of the Instituto Cervantes. In September 2005 the government on France appointed him a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters. He has published over thirty books, principally essays, prose and poetry. His poems are included in a number of anthologies and they were translated into several languages. He served as Minister of Culture.
